Kim is amazing– absolutely professional, great communicator, highly ethical, committed, great hustler- and really did an outstanding job on our behalf (from the beginning of our search- to closing the deal). She is unequivocally the best agent that we interviewed or that we could even imagine. Prior to our experience- I wouldn’t have ever imagined the value she added to our experience as home buyers.
We were trying to find a family home in this crazy market, and Kim pulled it out of thin air! She took the time to figure out what we wanted– was always willing to spend the time showing us whatever we wanted. On a weekly basis she would send us listings or things she had viewed- and often said: “I don’t think this is your house…but you might want to see it just to get a better sense of what works for you- or what you will like- or to let me know what you like.” She is an incredible hustler– walking the neighborhood- talking to people- sent out fliers to homes that she thought we would like. We really felt like we had someone that was always working for us. Even when we had a week with no inventory- she would check in and keep us updated on things that might be coming up soon. She is a nice person to work with- very patient- very patient with our small children who were often in tow– and also part psychologist through the process- and has deep expertise in terms of guiding you through the process from start to finish.
Ultimately she found us a home that we LOVE– but it was a deal that she entirely put together.. finding the seller- knowing what would make the deal work for them and us. She’s highly ethical- I never had any doubts that we were working with a highly ethical, thoughtful person. AND- she saw the deal through– from being there with the inspectors when we couldn’t– from having three separate plumbers investigate and trouble shoot a leak; we always had someone really working to represent us, and always felt she was a very effective advocate and communicator. There is no way that we could have pulled together this deal with probably 95% of agents– and she also made it pleasant and as simple/painless as possible for us (and I believe also for the sellers). Ultimately we never worked with a sellers agent (they represented themselves in our deal largely)– but I also believe that if we had needed to work with someone else, Kim would have also been to our benefit because she is straight forward, considerate and easy to work with. She went well out of her way to make this deal as easy as possible on everyone.
We hope to be in our new home for a very long time– but I would recommend Kim to any of our friends– and would certainly use her again if we ever buy or sell anything. We are so grateful for her expertise, her professionalism and her hustle!!!
